Periauger: An 18th Century Sailing Vessel
A long lost colonial sailing vessel will dock in Hertford Harbor in 2004. The
double masted 30-foot boat is a replica of the most common colonial workboat.
Perquimans Village and Ben Hobbs Furniture
Stop by and explore the collection of pre-Civil War buildings that Ben and
Jackie Hobbs have collected assembled on their country property. Ben, a renowned
furniture maker, offers regular weeklong classes in furniture making.
