Notice:  A political ad was featured on page number 6 of the official Indian Summer Festival program which did not include a legend specifying who paid for the ad per NC election guidelines.  The ad should have contained the following text:

 

"Ad paid for by Ashley Hodges for Hertford Mayor, Keith Rouse SR. for Hertford Town Council, and Rhonda Waters for Town Council"
